There are a considerable number of real estate salesperson license holders in Massachusetts that are inactive due to the fact that their license is not affiliated with a real estate company and a designated broker. Massachusetts law requires that commissions generated through real estate transactions must be paid out through a designated broker. Commissions or referrals can be paid broker to broker although inactive brokers may not have an organization to refer to or through. That is where Referral Solutions comes in. We want to be the resource for placing referrals locally, nationally and internationally in the countries the the RE/MAX Network is available.
